About Sound For Indies


          Sound for Indies was founded in 2007 by audio engineer, Ken Wilkinson, to meet the needs of indepentent filmmakers and musicians. We are a small studio, specializing in audio post-production for video and film projects as well as on-location digital music recording. We have experience working with international independent filmmakers and television cilents such as IFC and USA Networks.

         We uses a variety of computer based Digital Audio Workstations(DAW) to create soundtracks for your video and film projects. We utilize Pro Tools and Cubase platforms to offer options when interfacing with all major video Non-linear Editors(NLE).

          Our proximity to New York City make us your ideal alternative to large post houses suited for big, Hollywood productions and budgets.
